30gr Phin Black Coffee brewed from Lacàph Phin Blend
60gr Pineapple Juice
15gr Lemon Juice
10gr Coconut Syrup
5gr Coconut Cream
Step-by-step
Add all ingredients (except Phin Black Coffee) into a glass
Use hand mixer to mix all ingredients for 10 seconds
Add ice to fill the glass 2/3 full
Slowly pour the Phin Black Coffee on top
Garnish with Pineapple Leaves - Lemon Slice - Mint Leaf
